How it works

From a chat to a site that keeps working.

Five steps, and then every month after. Nothing is charged until you have seen the written plan and said yes to it.

We listen
A chat on WhatsApp or in person about what you run and what gets in the way.
Pixel creature with a light bulb over its head.02
We plan
A written plan: which plan fits, where in its range, and anything custom — agreed before we start.

We build
You watch it take shape on a live preview link, not a screenshot at the end.

You go live
On your own domain, in your name. Your customers can find you that day.

We keep it running
Every month: updates, backups, fixes and the changes your plan covers.
Step by step

What happens, and who does it.

01

We listen

30–45 minutes

A chat about the business, not about websites: what you sell, who buys it, what keeps going wrong, what you do by hand that a screen could do.

We do
  • Ask how a normal day actually runs
  • Look at what you already have online
You do
  • Tell us what gets in the way
  • Share a few photos, your menu or your price list
02

We plan

Within a few days

A written plan in plain words: which plan fits, where in its range, what pages and features that means, anything that would be custom work, and roughly when it goes live.

We do
  • Write the plan and the monthly figure
  • Quote any custom work separately, as a one-off
You do
  • Read it, ask anything, change what you like
  • Say yes — or walk away with the plan anyway
03

We build

Usually 1–4 weeks

You get a preview link early and watch it take shape. Comments go straight to us on WhatsApp — no tickets, no portals.

We do
  • Build, test on phones and desktops, in BM and English
  • Set up the domain and hosting in your name
You do
  • Send photos, words and details
  • Tell us what feels wrong, early
04

You go live

Launch day

The site goes up on your own domain. You get a short written guide: what is where, what you can edit yourself, and who to message when you need something.

We do
  • Launch, check every page again, watch the first days
  • Hand over the guide and your logins
You do
  • Share the link with your customers
  • Tell us what customers say
05

We keep it running

Every month

This is what the plan is really for. Updates, backups and fixes happen without you asking; edits and changes happen when you send them, as far as your plan covers.

We do
  • Keep it safe, backed up and working
  • Make the changes your plan covers
You do
  • Message us what needs changing
  • Tell us when the business changes
Every month

What a month on a plan looks like.

Quiet, mostly. That is the point.

  • Always, on every plan — security updates, backups, uptime watch, fixes.
  • When you send them — edits, new photos, a new promotion, holiday hours.
  • On Run — the booking, staff and stock tools kept working and watched.
  • On Operate — our operators at work in your systems every day, with reports to you.
  • At month end — a short note: what changed, what we fixed, anything we noticed.

Custom work

When you want something outside the plan.

A design of your own, a feature changed to work your way, another branch. It is never started on a guess.

01
You ask
Tell us what you want, in your words.
02
We quote it
A one-off figure, in writing, with what it includes.
03
We agree
Talk it through. Change it. Nothing starts until you say yes.
04
We build it
On a preview link first, like everything else.
05
Then it is looked after
From then on, your plan keeps it running.
Changing your mind

Moving plans, or leaving.

Move up
Need booking or staff tools? Move to the next plan whenever you like.
Move down
Quieter season? Step down a plan; the site stays up.
30 days’ notice
Plans run month to month. Either side can stop with notice.
Keep everything
Your domain, your content, a copy of the site, and help moving it.

The details are in the terms and the refund and cancellation policy, written to be read.

Next step

Your business deserves a better website.

Tell us what you run and what gets in the way. We reply with a plan in plain words — which one fits, and what it would cover.
