No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Webver is small and new, run by a founder who also operates other businesses, taking a few clients at a time. That is why we show you real sites instead of a list of logos.

Right. The site that comes with your plan is built as part of the plan. The only thing ever quoted separately is custom work — and that is agreed with you first.

Because two businesses on the same plan use it differently. The lower end is the plan as it comes; it moves up with more edits, more features switched on, more of our time. Your figure is agreed in writing before you start.

Yes, up or down. Most businesses start on Start or Grow and move up when they need booking or staff tools.

Monthly, by bank transfer or DuitNow to the Ecoboo business account on the invoice, with a receipt each time. Custom work is invoiced as set out in its own quote.

A one-page site: about a week. Several pages: three to four weeks. The systems on Run: six to twelve weeks, depending on what is in them. Counted from when we have your content.

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript on static hosting. No WordPress, no page builder, no plugin that breaks when it updates itself.

The easy parts — text, photos, hours — and you get a written guide to where they live. Anything else is what your plan’s monthly edits are for.

We test down to a 320px screen and build so the page is readable before the fonts finish loading. A cheap Android on weak signal is a normal customer, not an edge case.

We build catalogues, order forms and enquiry flows and connect you to a payment provider. We never process payments ourselves or store card details.

The domain is registered in your name from day one, and your content is yours. When you leave, we hand over a copy of the site and help you move it.

Plans run month to month; either side can stop with 30 days’ notice. If you stop in the first six months, part of the build may be owed — capped at a figure written into your quotation before you sign.
